Age 35 to 45 years
Age is Flexible depending on relevant experience.
Minimum 05-07 years relevant experience with National and/or International NGO(s).
Experience on report writing both in English and Bengali.
Excellent skills on conducting training on relevant subject.
Proven experience on working with Young girls and project participants (including govt. authorities and non-govt. stakeholders).
Strong and proven experience effective Coordination, Communication and Collaboration.
Proven experience on developing and implement rights-based projects/programmes, specially youth girls.
Strong skills and commitments to ensure implementation of organizational policy compliances.
Proven track record of meeting deadlines including financial management.
Experience in Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of integrated child focused programmes/projects.
Proven experience of ensuring accountability to different stakeholders including govt. authorities.
Must have valid driving license and willing to drive motor bike.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools.
Will require to represent RDF at Upazila and District level on the programme/project.
Strong understanding and adequate experience on Safeguarding of Children and Project Participants.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines·
Team player with experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments for achievement of org. Additional Requirements.
Strong practical knowledge of “Safeguarding of children and project participants”.
Willing to travel extensively (75% of her/his official time) in the field.
Able to function in high pressure situations while demonstrating emotional intelligence·
Able to provide critical insight, seek feedback from multiple parties and is willing to adapt behavior where necessary·

About the Program: Resource Development Foundation (RDF) started its DURBAR: Girls-Led Climate Solutions Project from 1st July 2025 funded by Plan International Bangladesh in Barguna Sadar Upazilla. Objective of this project is “Youth in all their diversity, especially young girls in Bangladesh are climate resilient”.
