Age 30 to 45 years
Age is flexible depending on relevant experience.
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience with National and/or International NGO(s).
Experience on report writing both in English and Bengali.
Excellent skills on conducting training on relevant subject.
Strong and proven experience in working with adolescent girls and boys on SRHR.
Proven experience of working with educational institutions, specially with the girls’ schools to ensure adolescent girls' friendly environment (specially facilitating to create access to menstrual health and hygiene facilities at school level) for retention of girls attendance at schools.
Proven experience on developing and implement sustainable SRHR project, including training and capacity building of the target community people, especially the youths and women in rural context.
Skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to Youth Economic Empowerment for monitoring progress and making informed decisions.
Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation the impact of SRHR initiatives.
Ensure cooperation and coordination with other colleagues on relevant/joint/linked activities.
Keep track records of all activities performed on daily basis.
Must have valid driving license and willing to drive motor bike.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools.
Desirable Requirements·
Strong understanding and proven experience in working on SRHR and personal hygiene and build their confidence and restrain them from early/child/force marriage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines·
Team player with experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments for achievement of org. Additional Requirements.
Strong practical knowledge of “Safeguarding of children and project participants”.
Willing to travel extensively (75% of her/his official time) in the field.
