Minimum 03-05 years relevant experience with National and/or International NGO(s).
Experience on report writing both in English and Bengali.
Excellent skills on conducting training on relevant subject.
Strong and proven experience in coordinating livelihood activities for the youths in community level.
Proven experience of establishing linkage with various stakeholders at community, government officials/authorities for the best interest of girls and project participants.
Proven experience on developing and implement sustainable livelihood programs, including training and capacity building of the target community people, especially the youths and women in rural context.
Skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to Youth Economic Empowerment for monitoring progress and making informed decisions.
Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation the impact of Youth Economic Empowerment initiatives.
Ensure cooperation and coordination with other colleagues on relevant/joint/linked activities.
Keep track records of all activities performed on daily basis.
Must have valid driving license and willing to drive motor bike.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools.

Develop and implement climate-smart education initiatives to ensure adolescents, especially girls, have access to sustainable learning environments.
Facilitate training sessions for the project participants on climate resilience.
Advocate for improved infrastructure that is disaster-resilient and environmentally friendly at community level.
Support youth-led climate-smart entrepreneurship initiatives, particularly for young women.
Collaborate with financial institutions and stakeholders to enhance access to climate finance for youth-led businesses.
Conduct capacity-building workshops on sustainable livelihoods and green skills development.
The impact of climate change on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), including climate-induced displacement and its effects on adolescent girls.
Work with healthcare providers to ensure climate-responsive SRHR services, including menstrual health management in disaster-prone areas.
Raise awareness on climate change and gender-based violence (GBV), linking climate stressors with increased risks of early marriage and exploitation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
