Age 30 to 45 years
Age is Flexible depending on relevant experience.
Minimum 03-05 years relevant experience with National and/or International NGO(s).
Experience on report writing both in English and Bengali.
Excellent skills on conducting training on relevant subject.
Strong and proven experience in Coordinating livelihood activities for the youths in community level.
Proven ability to Integrate livelihoods with other project goals and activities like Youth Economic Empowerment.
Proven experience on developing and implement sustainable livelihood programs, including training and capacity building of the target community people, specially the youths and women in rural context.
Skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to Youth Economic Empowerment for monitoring progress and making informed decisions.
Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation the impact of Youth Economic Empowerment initiatives.
Ensure cooperation and coordination with other colleagues on relevant/joint/linked activities.
Keep track records of all activities performed on daily basis.
Strong practical knowledge of “Safeguarding of children and project participants”.
Willing to travel extensively (75% of her/his official time) in the field.
Proven experience of developing quality monitoring framework as per project logic model.
Experience of developing strategy to establish monitoring system in the project area.
Capacity building of the staff to applies the monitoring system.
Collect information from filed level activities and documentation of success story.
Developed MIS system and data bank to manage data.
Verifying the field level data for preparing progress report.
Preparing periodical narrative and formative report in time.
Monitor PRA process, data collection and verification.
Preparing and sharing case study and success report at project activities.
Support the process of baseline, midline and end line survey.
Must have valid driving license and willing to drive motor bike.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools.
