  • Experiences of youth development sector including liaison with GOB and NGOs will give an advantage·

    Responsibilities : Job Context:Carreer Development Officer will play a key role in bridging the gap between trained youth and employment opportunities, facilitating job placements, and fostering partnerships with local industries, organizations, and employers. This role is essential in ensuring successful workforce integration and long-term employability for project participants.Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with businesses to create job placement opportunities and conduct outreach to promote the project, work on DEI context and advocate for inclusive hiring practices.
  • Facilitate discussions to understand employer needs and job market trends.
  • Match participants with job opportunities aligned with their skills and goals.
  • Support participants with job search resources, coaching, and interview preparation and assist in organizing job fairs when needed, networking events, and employer visits. 
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Offer one-on-one support to help participants transition into employment and coordinate with trainers to address any skills gaps.
  • Conduct follow-ups with participants and employers to assess placement success and identify improvements.
  • Maintain records on job placements, CV bank, employer interactions, and participant progress.
  • Report on placement outcomes, job retention rates, and employer feedback.
