Job Responsibilities:• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans for Salt 1kg Packet, 50kg Bag and 74kg Bag.
• Develop, appoint and manage distributors, dealers, wholesalers and key customers across assigned territories.
• Expand the distribution network and identify new markets, dealers, wholesalers and industrial customers.
• 1kg Packet: Retail/FMCG market, grocery shops, supermarkets and general trade.
• 50kg Bag: Wholesale, commercial and institutional customers.
• 74kg Bag: Bulk/institutional/industrial customers and large-volume buyers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, industrial buyers and key accounts.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product quality, schemes, distribution and market activities and recommend appropriate counter-strategies.
• Prepare Sales forecasts and SKU-wise demand plans to minimize stock-out and excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company pricing, credit, discount, sales and distribution policies.
• Conduct regular sales review meetings and submit performance reports to senior management.
• Take responsibility for overall sales growth, market expansion and profitability of the assigned business/territory.
