  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Nationtech Communications Ltd. operational goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to influence business decisions from an HR perspective.
  • Advise on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Lead onboarding, induction, and training programs for new hires.
  • Promote a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and productivity.
  • Address grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
  • Design and implement employee recognition programs.
  • Utilize HR metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, retention, and productivity.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, highlighting trends and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and training for staff.
  • Promote ethical behavior, a culture of accountability, and adherence to company values.
