Proven track record of delivering complex projects from mid-stage to completion.
Experience in mall/commercial building development is highly preferred.

We are developing a landmark shopping mall in the heart of Dhaka city – a premium commercial development designed to become a top retail and lifestyle destination. Approximately over 60% of the civil work has been executed. We are now seeking a dynamic and visionary Project Director to take full ownership of the remaining development phases and lead the project through to successful completion. The project is currently 60% completed.Job Responsibilities
Take full charge of the project and act as the single point of accountability from this stage to completion.
Lead, manage, and coordinate all internal and external project stakeholders.
Conduct and lead all client meetings, progress reviews, and key decision-making sessions.
Maintain continuous communication with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and vendors.
Establish and implement robust project management systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor performance.
Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.·
Drive a results-oriented, collaborative project culture with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met at every stage.
Prepare and present regular project status updates to the owner/management.
