Key Qualifications:• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, documentation, and analysis techniques.
• Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, wireframing, and workflow analysis.
• Experience using ClickUp, Jira or similar project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of APIs, or system integrations is an advantage.
Experience Requirements:• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or a similar role in software development or SaaS products.
• Experience working with ERP, HRMS, Payroll, CRM, or other enterprise software solutions is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an added advantage.

BYSL Global Technology Group is looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business needs, documenting functional requirements, supporting software implementation, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and continuous system improvement.Key Responsibilities:• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Product Requirement Documents (PRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to define project scope, business rules, and functional requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria to support Agile software development.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support system testing, validate business requirements, and track issue resolution.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate system support requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution through proper tracking and escalation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Prepare user guides, release notes, and training materials, and conduct end-user training when required.
• Maintain project documentation, change requests, and requirement traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.
