Educational Requirement	• Bachelor of Science (BSc) • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) • Diploma in Engineering • BSc/BBA/Marketing/Diploma/Engineering background preferred.
Experience	• 2 to 3 years • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Trading or Export/Import
Other Requirement	• Age At least 24 years Field Work Requirement for Team:• Sales & Marketing positions-এর জন্য নিয়মিত Field Visit করতে হবে। • নিজস্ব Motorcycle থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার • Valid Driving License থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার • Motorcycle - চালানোর বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে বিশেষ গুরুত্ব • Field Sales / Project Sales Experience থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
Responsibilities	• Lead Generation & B2B Client Research • নতুন Substation/Lift/Generator / Electrical Project - খুঁজে বের করা • Developer, Consultant, Contractor, Factory & Corporate Client Database - তৈরি করা • Phone, Email & WhatsApp Communication • Meeting & Site Visit Coordination • Quotation Follow-up, CRM & Sales Data Management • Sales Team -এর জন্য Qualified Lead - তৈরি করা
Other Facilities	• Salary: BDT 25,000+ / Month • যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা অনুযায়ী Negotiable Based on Experience • Fixed Salary-এর পাশাপাশি TA & Performance-based Sales Incentive-এর সুযোগ থাকবে। • দক্ষ ও সফল প্রার্থীদের জন্য Career Growth-এর সুযোগ রয়েছে। (AS PER EGSL POLICY)
