Handle a high volume of outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Follow structured communication scripts when discussing MCA products and funding options.
Identify customer needs, clarify financial details, and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a polite, positive, and professional approach on every call.
Reach out to business owners to explain Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) services.
Follow up with potential customers and assist in closing deals.
Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
Research and resolve complaints related to funding, payments, and account management.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions
Maintain detailed records of interactions, customer data, and follow-ups.
Work with internal teams to expedite the funding process.
Prepare reports on call performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
