Job Summary:Sr. Manager HR is a senior executive responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspects of the Human Resources function within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, strong business acumen and expertise in various HR functions. The position plays a vital role in driving the organization's success by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. It also requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong leadership skills specific to FMCG industry and its unique challenges & opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the overall business goals.
Overseeing recruitment, selection, on-boarding, and performance management processes to attract and retain top talent.
Managing employee relations, fostering a positive work environment, and addressing employee concerns.
Managing core HR functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
Developing a strong employer brand and employee value proposition by attracting and retaining talent in a competitive market
Identifying skill gaps and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Implementing initiatives to boost employee motivation, productivity, and retention.
Overseeing HR systems and data management.
Championing diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Managing the HR department's budget and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
