We are looking for talented, motivated, and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team for this position.Job Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the overall Sales Department and sales team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor performance.
• Drive business growth through new client acquisition and existing client development.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and team performance.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and recruit sales team members to achieve their targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
