Practical knowledge of labor law, compliance regulations, and HR best practices in manufacturing or factory setups.
Ability to manage a large workforce in an industrial environment.
Experience with HR software and systems (ERP/HRMS preferred).
Leadership mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Preferred/Additional Value:
Certified HR trainings (such as SHRM, HRCI, PGDHRM, etc.)
Prior experience in the printing, garment, paper, or manufacturing industry
Fluency in both English and Bangla

Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and factory compliance standards.
Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development planning.
Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolutions, and grievance management.
Monitor employee attendance, turnover, and workforce planning.
Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and organizational development.
Ensure workplace safety, welfare, and employee satisfaction within the factory environment.
