• Store audit, SOP and promotional activities.

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales target across all allocated stores and drive sustainable sales growth versus previous month and previous year.
• Ensure 100% secondary sales collection and timely reconciliation, while maintaining strong control over cash, inventory, stock loss, and shrinkage.
• Ensure store operation compliance through regular market visits, audit follow-up, SOP adherence, hygiene, visual merchandising, and security standards.
• Manage aged and near expiry inventory, improve store productivity through higher footfall and average basket size, and ensure 100% execution of approved promotional programs.
• Drive customer experience and service standards, maintain team attendance and discipline, develop and coach store teams, control attention and ensure timely and accurate reporting and coordination with head office.
• Build a motivated, high-performing team through regular coaching, recognition, performance reviews and corrective actions to achieve area business objectives.
