• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering / Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Textile Technology or a related field

• 1 – 2 years of experience in technical sales (preferably in textile dyes & chemicals).
• Good knowledge of textile dyeing, printing and finishing processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to travel across Bangladesh as required.

• Promote and sell textile dyes, chemicals and auxiliaries to existing and potential customers.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and principals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Provide market feedback and competitor information to support strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and after-sales service.
