• Deputy Manager /Manager: 8–12 years` relevant experience, preferably with 3–5 years in a managerial role in RMG.
• Experience in large-scale knit/composite RMG factories and international buyer compliance will be preferred. |
| Responsibilities |
• Lead day-to-day Factory HR, Admin & Compliance operations and provide effective HR services to employees and management.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, turnover, separation and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act/Rules, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Monitor working hours, overtime, weekly holidays, leave and wage-related compliance and ensure accurate records.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, counselling, investigations, and industrial relations issues professionally.
• Maintain effective communication with workers and support a positive and productive workplace environment.
• Lead preparation for Social/Customer Compliance Audits such as SMETA/SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, Better Work, ICS and buyer-specific requirements, as applicable.
• Develop corrective action plans and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Supervise factory administration including security, transport, canteen, housekeeping, welfare facilities, gate control, and employee services.
• Coordinate worker welfare programs, grievance mechanisms, committees, awareness sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with Safety/EHS and other departments on workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance matters.
• Prepare and present monthly HR, Admin & Compliance reports, HR analytics, and risk updates to management.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization and a culture of compliance, discipline, and accountability. |
