• Age At least 18 years

• Supervise and monitor the overall housekeeping operations of guest rooms, cottages, public areas, and other designated areas of the resort.
• Assign and supervise the daily duties of housekeeping staff and ensure that all tasks are completed properly and on time.
• Ensure that guest rooms and other facilities are clean, properly maintained, and ready for guests according to the required standards.
• Monitor the proper use and availability of linen, toiletries, cleaning materials, and other housekeeping supplies.
• Maintain appropriate standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and guest service throughout the resort.
• Attend to housekeeping related issues and guest requirements promptly and report significant matters to the appropriate authority.
• Ensure that all duties and responsibilities are performed in accordance with the Company’s policies, rules and regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and instructions of the management.
