Communication: Collaborating with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

Production Planning: Coordinating and scheduling printing jobs to meet deadlines efficiently.
Machine Operation: Setting up, operating, and maintaining offset printing presses.
Quality Control: Ensuring accurate color matching, print alignment, and overall quality of the final product.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues with printing equipment or processes.
Material Management: Selecting appropriate printing materials and managing inventory.
Process Optimization: Improving printing techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Creating Report: Making report on overhead and prodution.
