| Responsibilities |
• Communicate professionally with international clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and digital platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
• Send vehicle stock lists and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Provide prompt, high-quality after-sales support.
• Assist with digital marketing, promotions, and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while upholding customer satisfaction. |
