• BSc/Diploma of Science in Civil Engineering/Architecture

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant post. Candidate having practical experience in building Spinning Mills/factories will be preferred.
• Sound Knowledge in BNBC, ACCORD, ALLIANCE, LEED and Bidhimala.
• Preferred experience in Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray Sketch up and lumion.
• Ensure that all works are executed strictly as per approved drawings and project
• specifications.
• Candidate having knowledge in Industrial Buildings and skill will get preference.
• Monitor day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to plans.
• Experience in Word, Excel, Mail browsing, typing speed and skill will get preference.

Job Location: Fatullah (Narayanganj)Responsibilities:• He will be responsible for looking after the Civil works of the Factory building and other structures.
• Prepare building Design Concept/ 3D Visualization both by hand and by using Auto CAD 2D/3D.
• To perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing both exterior & interior.
