Graduation/ Diploma/ Bachelor of Engineering from any recognized Private/ Public University.

• Age 45 to 55 years
08 to 15 years of experience in company management, production, technical operations, or business development, preferably within the railway signaling, AFC, PSD, or a related technical equipment sector.Proven experience in maintenance service management, sales activities, and cost management within a technical/engineering industry.Prior working experience in a directorial role within a foreign company or international project, preferably with a Japanese organization.Japanese language proficiency (N1/N2 Level), with the ability to communicate effectively with Japanese management and stakeholders.Clear understanding of Japanese corporate culture, norms, and protocols, along with hands-on experience working directly with Japanese management.

Overall company management, including production planning and utilization of manpower to achieve high productivity in the maintenance, installation, and service delivery of Railway Signaling Systems, Automatic Fare Collection (AFC), and Platform Screen Door (PSD) equipment.Monitoring and reducing the production cost, ensuring workplace safety, and reducing wastage across all operations.Overseeing finance, accounting, and administration functions of the company.Driving all technical and business development activities, including operation and promotion, order placement, sales development, and installation and testing of the above systems for new projects and clients.Supervising maintenance services delivered to existing customers, including management of service personnel and sales offices.Effectively communicating and coordinating with the parent company/headquarters and all relevant stakeholders, including government offices, clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants, both domestic and international.
