Tripify is looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-focused person to join our team as an Air Ticket Reservation Officer.✈️ Job Responsibilities:1. Handle domestic and international flight bookings and reservations.2. Communicate with clients through phone, email, and WhatsApp.3. Provide fare quotes, issue tickets, and manage reissues or cancellations.4. Ensure accuracy in bookings and maintain customer satisfaction.5. Keep records of daily sales and prepare reports for management.Requirements:1. Experience in air ticketing/reservations is preferred.2. Basic knowledge of airline reservation systems.3. Good communication skills in Bangla and English.4. Able to work under pressure.5. Friendly and professional attitude with customers.
