Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Communication: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Document Preparation: Drafting letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Meeting Coordination: Organizing meetings, including logistics, agendas, and materials.
Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Record Keeping: Maintaining files, databases, and other records.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion.
General Administrative Support: Assisting with various tasks as needed to support the individual's work.
Project Assistance: Helping with special projects, research, and other tasks as required.
Liaising with Internal and External Parties: Serving as a point of contact for communication between the individual and others
Mental Approach: Have a strong and positive mindset. Cordial coordination with internal departments Required excellent communication skills proficient in both spoken and written English & Bengali.
Can draft business correspondence, meeting minutes and briefs.
Handles confidential matters with utmost trust.
Manages and prioritizes all appointment requests with the MD.
Good skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email etc.)
Familiarity with ERP software and Bangla typing in a plus.
