• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, 5 Why, and basic quality tools.

Experience• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control.

• Maintain continuous improvement of quality standards and production processes.
• Conduct regular quality reviews and provide improvement recommendations to management.
Documentation & Reporting• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
• Maintain inspection reports, rejection reports, defect analysis, and corrective action records.
• Monitor quality performance and identify trends.
• Maintain proper documentation of approved samples and specifications.
• Prepare quality-related reports for management and customers when required.
