| Responsibilities |

Plan and achieve sales targets and growth by successful managing the sales team members.Reporting Daily/Weekly/Monthly to the authority regarding sales, coverage, collection & competitive activity.Achieve assigned territory wise sales target by maximizing sales activity.Ensure smooth running of Distributor.Explore the new business opportunities to strengthen the portfolio.Develop trusting relationship with the Distributor.Traders and customers Excellent trade relation with different.Will be responsible to serve dealers and retailers.Update and maintain DB stock list.To procure and ensure timely procession of sales order from customers in time.Ability to go through in details on the Market Share and find out opportunities for new market growth.Mast have control the Products damage.Cost Control Capability.Other tasks as assigned by the reporting boss. |
