Position Title: Admin OfficerOrganization: Prime College of Nursing, Dhaka(An initiative of Prime Bank Foundation)Location: Khilkhet, DhakaJob Summary:Prime College of Nursing, Dhaka is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to oversee daily administrative operations, academic coordination, event planning, logistics, and stakeholder communication. The Admin Officer will support the institution’s smooth functioning through efficient office, academic, and facility management.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative operations of the college and hostel
Maintain office files, records, and correspondence (physical and digital)
Coordinate academic activities with Dhaka University & BNMC
Assist in DU/BNMC inspections, committee updates, and approvals
Support admission, registration, and examination processes
Counsel students and handle fee collection as required
Arrange monthly meetings, events, and student/faculty programs
Monitor attendance (manual/biometric) of staff, teachers, and hostel personnel
Ensure smooth transport and vehicle scheduling
Update institutional licenses, agreements, and contracts in time
Manage requisitions, quotations, and procurement coordination
Oversee EMS data entry and ensure system accuracy (students/staff)
Maintain discipline, security, and cleanliness of campus and hostel
Coordinate guest/permanent teachers’ schedules and class routines
Provide administrative support to the Principal and act as liaison with stakeholders
Prepare required reports, meeting minutes, letters, and official documents
Monitor inventory, office supplies, and asset use
Ensure timely execution of the yearly work plan
Perform other duties assigned by the Principal
