:
Currently, we are looking for experienced, dedicated, honest and hard-working professional individual for “Quality Assurance & Quality Control” Department of our Cosmetic Manufacturing Factories, located at Sayed Nagar, Narshindi. The job responsibilities for the position are as below: Eligibility Criteria:
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, lab instrumentation, and industrial chemical processes.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures like- Quality and Production related all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP), Manual of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), SOP of Good Hygiene Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Method Preparation & Method validation.
Prepare standard specifications of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process semi-finished goods, and finished products to ensure they meet company and regulatory specifications.
Prepare for and participate in external audits and inspections from regulatory bodies and certification agencies.
Oversee and conduct chemical, and physical testing of ETP, RM, PM, DM water, semi-products, and finished products.
Prepare detailed reports on quality issues, including non-conformances, deviations, and corrective actions.
Identify areas for improvement in the production process to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase productivity, and enhance product consistency.
Ensure that all quality control activities are conducted as per plan.
Conduct vendor audits periodically to assess and identify potential non-compliance.
Conducting IQ, OQ, PQ of production & Laboratory equipment & report preparation.
Daily accuracy checks and calibration update of analytical equipments.
