Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sector marketing.
Proven track record of achieving sales/lead generation targets.
Strong understanding of solar power systems (Rooftop, Ground-Mounted, IPP, ESS).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in presenting technical services.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and management teams.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
Prior experience with EPC companies or solar developers.
Knowledge of net metering, PPA, and regulatory environment in the solar sector.

Responsibilities
:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote solar EPC services.
Identify, approach, and generate leads from industrial and commercial clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
Coordinate with the core engineering and management teams for technical and commercial alignment.
Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare marketing reports and track performance against KPIs.
Attend industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to represent the company.
