| Responsibilities |

Oversee all electroplating operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in Copper, Zinc-Nickel, and Zinc-Chrome Hanger Plating.Manage production planning and execution, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.Supervise a team of operators and helpers, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.Ensure all plating processes maintain correct chemical combinations, density levels, and surface conductivity.Maintain accurate records of chemical stock levels, usage, and weekly consumption reports, reporting directly to the Managing Director.Responsible for daily production reporting, machine-wise capacity tracking, and efficiency analysis of manpower.Conduct regular training and skill development sessions for staff to ensure best practices in safety and production.Monitor and maintain compliance with quality control standards and environmental regulations related to plating operations.Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) for reporting, analysis, and documentation.Ensure data entry in internal systems with high accuracy and confidentiality. |
