Job Context: SA Group is looking for a dynamic and disciplined Security Manager with a defense background to ensure the safety and security of its multi-location operations including factories, depots, warehouses, and corporate offices. Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and supervise security teams across all company premises.
Plan and implement comprehensive security strategies and SOPs.
Manage access control systems, surveillance (CCTV), and alarm responses.
Liaise with law enforcement, intelligence, and local authorities as needed.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and breaches; submit detailed reports.
Train and evaluate security personnel; ensure strict discipline and alertness.
Conduct periodic security drills, audits, and risk assessments.
Monitor visitors, vendors, and vehicle entry/exit at all gates.
