Responsibilities & Context:MASTUL Foundation is searching for an Assistant Director, Grant and Fundraising, who brings specific expertise in attracting global funding to support our vital work in Bangladesh. In this pivotal role, you will lead our efforts to identify, cultivate, and secure funding from international foundations, organizations, and governmental bodies. You'll be instrumental in expanding our global reach and ensuring sustainable resources for our impactful programs.Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and execute fundraising initiatives specifically targeting international grants and donors.
Lead the research, writing, and submission of high-quality grant proposals to international funders.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international donor organizations and representatives.
Collaborate with program teams to develop compelling narratives and project plans for international funding.
Support the Director in overall fundraising strategy and departmental operations.
