  • Sales & Business Development
  • Actively promote and sell residential plots, apartments, and hotel/resort shares to individual and corporate clients.
  • Identify and engage potential buyers through cold calling, referrals, corporate visits, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
  • Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide consultative selling by understanding client needs and offering suitable property solutions.
  • Provide after-sales support, including documentation assistance and follow-ups for customer satisfaction.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Market Research & Promotions
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital and offline promotional campaigns.
  • Sales Process & Documentation
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final booking and handover.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales agreements, payments, and legal documentation.
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Reporting & Team Collaboration
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management with performance insights.
  • Coordinate with the legal, finance, and marketing teams for smooth transaction processing.
  • Share market feedback with the management team to improve sales strategies.
  • Professional Development
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and product knowledge programs to enhance sales skills.
