Educational Requirement • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
Other Requirement Educational & Experience Requirements• Valid professional registration/recognition as applicable in Bangladesh.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in sports physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, or working with athletes will be highly preferred.
• Experience with professional sports teams or sports organizations will be an advantage.
• Required Competencies
• Strong knowledge of sports injuries, rehabilitation, and injury prevention.
• Good clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility, and recovery techniques.
• Ability to develop athlete-specific rehabilitation programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with medical, coaching, and fitness teams.
• Professional, responsible, and athlete-focused approach.
• Ability to work during training camps, competitions, and extended hours when required.

Responsibilities PhysiotherapistBangladesh Shooting Sport Federation (BSSF)Bangladesh Shooting Sport Federation (BSSF) is seeking a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Physiotherapist to provide injury prevention, rehabilitation, recovery, and physical support to athletes.Key Responsibilities• Assess and manage sports-related musculoskeletal injuries and physical conditions of athletes.
• Develop individualized physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs based on athletes’ needs.
• Provide appropriate treatment, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation interventions.
• Conduct injury prevention, mobility, flexibility, and recovery programs for athletes.
• Monitor athletes’ rehabilitation progress and readiness to return to training and competition.
• Provide physiotherapy support during training sessions, camps, competitions, and major sporting events.
• Work closely with the Senior Medical Officer, coaches, Gym Instructor, and other sports support staff.
• Advise athletes and coaches on injury prevention, recovery, posture, mobility, and physical preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of injuries, treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery progress.
• Conduct regular physical and functional assessments of athletes where required.
• Support return-to-play programs following injury or medical treatment.
• Coordinate with hospitals, specialists, and other healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Prepare periodic reports on athletes’ physical condition, treatment, and rehabilitation status.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the appropriate authority.
