Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers for bathroom fittings and related hardware products.Actively visit markets to identify new clients and generate orders.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to plan effective marketing strategies.Ensure product placement, branding, and promotional campaigns are effectively implemented in the field.Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and on-ground execution.Collect regular market feedback and suggest improvements for product development.Provide weekly reports to the management, including client updates and market coverage status.Collaborate closely with the sales and production departments for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.Proven work experience (minimum 8–10 years) in marketing or sales roles in the hardware, tools, or sanitary fittings industry. |
