• BBA/MBA in Accounting from a reputed institution.• Part-qualified CA/CMA/ACCA will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities
:
Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software Tally Prime (Financial & Inventory Module).
Maintain vouchers, invoices, and appropriate backup for all transactions.
Maintain and operate the petty cash fund with proper control and accountability.
Issue petty cash payments against approved requisitions with accurate recordkeeping.
Reconcile petty cash on a daily/weekly basis and ensure timely replenishment.
Prepare petty cash reports for management.
Prepare and process bank payments, cheques, and online transfers.
Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis.
Track supplier bills and ensure timely payment processing.
Maintain aging schedules and follow up on customer receivables.
Support in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
Assist in preparation of cost sheets, profit/loss accounts, and reconciliations.
Ensure all tax, VAT, and regulatory submissions are timely and accurate.
Support internal and external audit requirements.
Assist in reconciliation of inventory data between accounts and physical stock.
Ensure safe and organized filing of financial records, vouchers, and reports.
Work with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
