About the RoleA Multinational Trading Company is seeking a dynamic Parts Coordinator (Machineries) to join Customer Service team in Dhaka. This role is critical for ensuring seamless parts management, logistics coordination, and customer support.Key Responsibilities
Manage automotive parts inquiries (pricing, applications, lead times, warranties).
Process parts orders, invoices, and track back orders with suppliers.
Prepare shipping documents and coordinate logistics (import/inland cargo clearance).
Generate periodic reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) for management.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and supplier communications.
Ensure compliance with automotive parts standards and operational protocols.
