Full-time (6 days a week)
Shifts: 10 AM - 7 PM OR 12 PM - 9 PM OR 1 PM to 10 PM
Probation Period: 3 months

Be the first point of contact for pet owners—greet, guide, and assist them.
Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.
Map customers to the right vets and vet assistants based on their pet’s needs.
Communicate clinic services and packages effectively to pet owners, helping them choose the right care while also contributing to revenue growth.
Handle basic administrative tasks to keep the front desk running smoothly.
Remain calm and professional even in high-pressure situations.
