Educational Requirement : Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Other Requirement : Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Finance & Accounts (Preferable)
  • Strong analytical, MIS and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication an interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to perform multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Key Capabilities:
  • A deep understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding industry, including knowledge of market trends.
  • Strong strategic planning skills to develop and implement financial strategies that optimize cost-efficiency while ensuring reliable and timely freight services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders like- customers, global networks, carriers and banks to secure favorable terms.
  • Other Credentials:
  • Thorough knowledge on VAT, direct/indirect taxation, and payroll systems.
  • Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail, organizational efficiency, and ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Must be proactive, smart, and self-motivated.
  • Must be prepared to work under pressure.
  • Experience : 2 to 4 years

We are looking for experienced, dynamic and dedicated professionals with a passion to pursue a career in the Industry Logistics and Supply Chain by achieving service excellence.In order to meet up the increasing business growth and expansion plan, we are now hiring some competent, intelligent and hardworking individuals for the position:Functional Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparation monthly financial statements of the company.
  • Ontime recording of Financial data with accuracy.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
  • Preparation of vouchers, cheques, BEFTN letters etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure its accuracy.
  • Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a systematic approach to financial records maintenance through web-based software and manually.
  • Coordinated with vendors, suppliers, and management departments to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Daily follow-up, checking & reviewing of the accounting transactions.
  • Implement cost control initiatives and optimization measures to reduce expenses and enhance overall cost and financial management efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to international regulations, trade policies, and compliance standards to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.
  • Any other related task assigned by management.
