Tourya is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-driven professional to lead and expand our travel and tourism operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end tour and travel services including visa processing, online air ticket sales, corporate travel solutions, and overall business development. This is a strategic role focused on expanding client base, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage domestic & international tour packages.
Oversee visa processing and ensure accurate documentation.
Handle online air ticket booking and issue resolutions.
Develop new business opportunities and corporate partnerships.
Lead a small team and ensure excellent customer service.
