2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
Strong skill in video production and editing (e.g., adobe premiere pro, final cut pro or similar tools).
Experience hosting and managing livestreams (e.g, via YouTube live, Facebook live).
Proficiency with google ads and google analytics.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with high attention to detail.
Empathetic communicator, capable to handling sensitive content with compassion and professionalism.
Experience in healthcare, non-profit or educational sectors is a plus.
Capable to work under pressure and the willingness to work in any situations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Metropolitan Hospital mission, values and brand voice.
Create engaging content (text, images and especially video) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Tiktok.
Host and manage livestream events, ensuring a professional and respectful experience for viewers.
Film, edit and publish videos that promote Hospital work stories and increase awareness of whole hospitals activities to various social media.
Monitor and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages with empathy and professionalism.
Manage and optimize Metropolitan Hospital Google ads accounts, including ad copy, targeting and performance tracking.
Analyze social media and ad campaign performance, providing monthly reports and data-driven recommendations.
Stay up to date with trends and best practices in digital communication, social media and promotional marketing.
