This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and communication skills to deliver seamless recruitment and payroll solutions to clients.Key Responsibilities:
To collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
To post job openings, source candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
To coordinate interviews and assist with offer and onboarding processes.
To collect, validate, and submit payroll data accurately and on time.
To ensure compliance with local labor laws and client-specific payroll policies.
To respond to client queries related to recruitment and payroll.
To maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and payroll systems.
To prepare and share recruitment progress and payroll reports with clients.
