JOB SUMMARYPRS Apparels Limited (Yester Group) is seeking an experienced and leadership-oriented Mechanic Supervisor to oversee and lead mechanical operations, sewing machine maintenance, and equipment performance in our woven garments factory. The candidate will supervise line mechanics, ensure minimum downtime during production, maintain electrical and mechanical safety standards, and drive regular preventative maintenance routines.Factory Type: Woven Garments FactoryKEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES• Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise, guide, and support line mechanics and technicians to ensure smooth mechanical support across all woven production lines.
• Machinery Maintenance: Ensure continuous and proactive maintenance of all types of woven sewing machinery, cutting machines, and supporting factory equipment.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex mechanical breakdowns and electrical issues to minimize machine downtime and maintain production flow.
• Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Plan, schedule, and implement periodic preventative maintenance for all factory machinery and keep accurate maintenance logs.
• Quality & Efficiency Assurance: Collaborate with line supervisors and quality managers to ensure machine adjustments meet precise stitching and production standards.
• Spare Parts & Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of crucial machinery spare parts, tools, and accessories; report needs to management to avoid stockouts.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict electrical and mechanical safety regulations, ensuring all mechanics work with proper safety gear and standards.
