Job Responsibilities
- In-House Production: Ensure optimum production efficiency and output across the in-house finishing department.
- Outsource Management: Oversee outside finishing and heat-setting processes to guarantee on-time completion and quality standards.
- Delivery & T&A Compliance: Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure on-time delivery in accordance with the Time & Action (T&A) calendar.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Central Planning team, Merchandising, and external partners/customers to maintain smooth workflow.
- Process Improvement: Drive and manage the department using structured, systematic approaches and standardized operational practices.
Requirements
- Only Male
- Strong technical knowledge of knit fabric finishing processes, machinery, and quality parameters.
- Good understanding of buyer requirements, fabric testing standards, inspection procedures, and finishing SOPs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple orders and ensure on-time delivery under tight production schedules.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, coordination, and reporting skills.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience
- At least 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Group of Companies, Textile
