Job Responsibilities
1. Corporate Marketing & Business Development
- Visit corporate offices, banks, financial institutions, factories, NGOs, embassies and multinational companies to promote hospital services.
- Identify potential corporate clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with corporate representatives and decision-makers.
- Arrange meetings and presentations with corporate HR, Administration, and Management teams.
- Promote corporate healthcare packages, executive health check-ups, and diagnostic services.
- Arrange Healthcare campaign and Marketing campaign to promote the brand value of the hospital.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and institutional partners.
- Follow up on corporate proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Coordinate corporate health check-up programs and medical camps.
- Maintain regular communication with existing corporate clients to ensure service satisfaction.
- Work towards developing long-term institutional partnerships.
- Promote OPD, IPD, diagnostic, emergency, specialized consultation, and other hospital services.
- Communicate the hospital's facilities, specialist doctors, and service advantages to potential clients.
- Support promotional activities, health awareness campaigns, and corporate medical events.
- Coordinate with relevant hospital departments to ensure smooth service delivery to corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly corporate marketing targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Maintain an updated database of corporate clients and prospective organizations.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
- Participate in marketing meetings and implement management instructions.
Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Good corporate networking and client relationship management capabilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of achieving business targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular corporate client visits.
- Professional attitude, smart appearance, and positive mindset.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience
- 2 to 4 years
