Requirements
- Age At least 35 years
- Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in managing large-scale construction projects, from initial planning through execution and final handover.
- Proven track record of successfully completing high-value commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with required quality standards.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, applicable building codes, and industry standards.
- Ability to read, interpret, and review architectural, structural, and other technical drawings and documents.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to ensure effective coordination among stakeholders.
- Expertise in project budgeting, cost estimation, financial monitoring, and cost control.
- Strong project planning and scheduling capabilities to ensure timely completion despite unforeseen challenges.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, construction site safety, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to prepare and present progress reports, technical updates, and project documentation to clients, investors, and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Strong negotiation skills in managing contracts, variation orders, claims, and dispute resolution.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a Public University is mandatory.
- Minimum CGPA - 3.25
