Job Responsibilities
Arkan Al Tameer is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead quality, compliance, and operations for the skill test in Bangladesh.What you will do:
- Lead the Compliance and Operations team
- Monitor test centres through inspections and compliance visits
- Identify risks, prepare corrective action plans, and follow up to closure
- Analyze KPIs and performance data, and report to management
- Develop SOPs and tools, and train assessors and test-centre staff
Requirements
- Age 27 to 45 years
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Operations, Audit, or Consultancy
- Team-leadership experience
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Quality Management, Compliance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
