Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies, goals, and policies.
- Provide strategic financial leadership to the Managing Director and Board.
- Analyze financial trends and support decision-making with insights.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
- Optimize capital structure, cash flow, and investment decisions.
- Manage financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Establish internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure audit readiness.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies (NBR, BIDA) and financial institutions.
- Maintain investor relations and liaise with auditors and financial partners.
Requirements

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- In-depth IT knowledge with Advanced level of MS Excel & MS Office Application & Accounting Software.
- Good presentation & communication skills.
- Must have at least two years of experience as a CFO in an established Manufacturing, Marketing, Trading, or Corporate institution, Electrical products marketing are preferred .
- Age maybe relaxed for the competent candidate.
- Comprehensive and practical experience with Company VAT & Tax, Regulatory Compliance.
Educational Requirement
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Masters/Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting /Finance & Accounting Information Systems.
- Professional Qualification: CA Course Completed (CC). Candidates possessing relevant professional certifications, Training and additional qualifications in financial management.
Experience
- At least 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
