Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Regularly visit private and government hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and individual doctors to establish strategic healthcare partnerships.
- Build professional institutional relationships and negotiate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and corporate partnership agreements with hospital authorities and medical practitioners.
- Collect, compile, and maintain highly accurate doctor professional information, core specializations, consultation fees, chamber schedules, and clinical service details.
- Smoothly onboard new partner hospitals and independent doctors onto the platform system to ensure a robust provider database.
- Coordinate proactively with partner hospitals and doctors regarding incoming patient appointments and daily service availability.
- Maintain consistent communication, trust, and outstanding long-term relationships with existing healthcare partners to prevent churn.
- Identify and capitalize on new strategic partnership opportunities in Dhaka City and gradually scale operations across all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
- Prepare and submit regular, structured reports detailing hospital visits, executive meetings, signed MoUs, newly onboarded partners, and pending follow-ups.
- Regularly visit retail and wholesale pharmacies to verify medicine availability, analyze market pricing lists, and onboard strategic pharmacy partners into our digital pharmacy support ecosystem.
- Willingness to travel extensively within country and when required internationally.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Candidates with experience as a Medical Representative (MR/MPO) will be given preference.
- Both "male and female" candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Job Location: Dhaka and all divisional cities across Bangladesh.
- Excellent verbal articulation, advanced negotiation tactics, and high-impact corporate presentation skills.
- Strong capacity to convince, build rapport, and handle objections when dealing with high-profile senior medical specialists, clinical administrators, and pharmacy managers.
- Proactive self-starter, target-driven mind, tech-savvy, and structurally capable of working independently in the field under pressure.
