Business Development Executive

We are looking for smart, energetic, and highly motivated individuals to join our team full-time. The role involves pitching and promoting our website platform to restaurants and restaurant owners across Bangladesh, while also helping grow customer traffic to the website through social media marketing and online promotion.The ideal candidate must be confident, determined, fluent in English and Bangla, and passionate about sales, marketing, and business growth.• Contact and pitch restaurants to introduce our website and services• Build relationships with restaurant owners and managers• Explain the benefits of joining our platform professionally and confidently• Onboard restaurants onto the platformMonitor support emails and respond to restaurant/customer queries.• Promote the website to attract customers and increase website traffic• Manage and advertise on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others• Create engaging marketing ideas and promotional campaigns• Help grow the company’s online presence and customer base• Conduct calls, meetings, follow-ups, and business outreach• Maintain daily progress and marketing reports• Achieve monthly targets and business growth goals• Represent the company professionally at all timesDaily tasks:visit restaurantsexplain our platformonboard restaurantsCollect restaurant information, menus, and photosBuild and maintain strong restaurant relationshipsCoordinate with the operations team for successful onboardingfollow up with managers

• Age 22 to 35 years

Strong communication skills in Bangla and EnglishExcellent communication and persuasion skillsConfident and presentable personalityHighly motivated, determined, and target-drivenPassion for sales, marketing, social media, and business developmentComfortable visiting restaurants and meeting business ownersBasic smartphone and internet skillsSales or customer service experience is a plusFresh graduates are encouraged to applypresentable appearancewillingness to travel around DhakaExperience or knowledge of social media marketing and online advertiseAbility to attract customers through digital marketing strategiesCreative mindset with good marketing ideasAbility to work independently and take initiativeComfortable using Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Canva, and online toolHonest, hardworking, and career-focusedPreferred Qualifications:• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, business development, digital marketing, or social media management• Experience speaking with business owners or corporate clients• Knowledge of Facebook Ads or social media promotions is a plus• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
